Refund policy

we hope and try our best to ensure each suit fits right the first time! please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding fit.  

in the case the suit doesn't work out, items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.  items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only.    if there is a price difference in the exchanged item, please reach out to us at ryan@spykerstudio.com.   all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and with any and all tags attached.   please try on all swimwear with your own undergarments on. 

refunds on full priced items will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase less the shipping fees. all items returned are subject to inspection to ensure the item was in the same condition as when it shipped out.  please allow up to 10  business days for items to be refunded. 

buyer is responsible for return shipping. all return packages should be returned using a trackable shipping method via USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx.  Please note: international customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.

spyker studio reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
